He is survived by: his wife Frances Lynn Lewis of La Grange; his children, Nikki Davis (Geoffrey) of Marietta, GA, Shelley Deering (Mark) of California, Daryle of Davenport, IA, Shonton Sivels of Davenport, IA, Ryan Lewis of Davenport, IA, Carl Sivels Jr. of Iowa City, IA, Corey Clark (Leah) of St. Louis, MO and Mark Lewis (Slimm) of La Grange; his brother Stanley Sivels of Springfield, IL; his siblings-in-law, Cherry Sivels, Marquetta Magruder (Robert) of Rock Island, IL, Stephanie Jones of La Grange, Wayne Lewis Jr. of Quincy, Tony Lewis (Vicki) of Quincy and Kerry Lewis of Mexico, MO; his aunts and uncles, Marilyn, Audrey, Linda, Renee, Dedra, William, Keith and Sonny; and his buddies, Larry Moore, Ned Kerr, Donald Beard Sr., Sherman Robinson (Red), Virgil Mayberry, Sam Nanss and Ronell.
