With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ada Sue Powers of La Grange, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest William and Ruby Elizabeth Egley Bond; her husband Kenneth E. Powers; and her brothers, Howard and Dale Bond.
She is survived by: her children, Tami Smith of Quincy, IL, Becki Seeley (Trenton) of Peoria, AZ and Kent Powers of Canton; her grandchildren, Shanna Snow of Quincy, Kenneth Brad Akers (Sandra) of Colorado Springs, CO, Samantha Akers of Surprise, AZ, Dillon Hodges of Lafayette, TN, Kendall Powers of Canton and Skylar Seeley of Peoria, AZ; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Camron, Lakyn, Halyiah, Kennedy, Beau, Rene, Joel, Axton, Aria, Hazel, Mouse and Piper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home (506 Monroe St, La Grange, MO 63448). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
