Margaret Louise Lay Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2020, at the age of 94, Margaret Louise Lay (La Belle, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond G. Hays and Gertrude Gladys Tull Hays; her husband Julian Dale Lay; her son James Dale Lay; and her sisters, Helen Lay and Roxie Clapp.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Lynne Robertson of Columbia, MO, Donald Joe Lay of LaBelle, MO, Neil Grier Lay (Debra) of LaBelle, MO and Cheryl Louise McGowan (Dennis) of Columbia, MO; her sister Elizabeth Shutts of Knox City, MO; her brother-in-law Lowell Bennett (Phyllis) of Carrollton, MO; and her daughter-in-law Susan Lay of Blakesburg, IA. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three step grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, six step great grandchildren.
