He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Lyle; his wife Betty Michel; his mother Mary Virginia Michel-Graham; his sister Sandra Kaye Hall; his brothers-in-law, Ernie Hall and Dale Hatfield; his stepfather Clyde Graham; and his father-in-law Hollie Hatfield.
He is survived by: his children, Andy Michel of LaBelle, MO and Amy Peters (Brett) of LaBelle; his grandchildren, Brianna McCutchan (John) of LaBelle and Porter Peters of LaBelle; his great grandchild Parker Brett McCutchan; his brother Randy Michel (Sandy); his aunt Geraldine Daak-Stinson; his mother-in-law Eva Hatfield of Knox City; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Cardwell of Hurdland, Susie Hatfield of Quincy, Kathy Hatfield of Knox City, David Hatfield of Edina, Donald Hatfield of Hurdland and Virgil Hatfield of Ewing. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
