He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Orr and Delora Rose Fountain Ledbetter; his wife Donna Faye Parrish Ledbetter; his son Rick Ledbetter; and his sister Janine Bradley.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Parrish of Quincy, IL, Cindy Shehadeh of Quincy, IL and Billy Ledbetter (Nicole) of LaBelle, MO; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Bryson (Isabella), Alex, Cody, Bailey, Baxter, Kayden, Aubrey and Tucker.
