He is survived by: his spouse Penney J. Peters; his son Tony Howell; his granddaughter Karen Stevenson; his brother Paul Howell; his grandson Matthew Watters; and his great grandchild Luke Watters. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many more relatives and friends.
