He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wayne Russell, Sr. and Thelma Juanita Francis-Russell. He is survived by: his wife Hattie; his sons, John and William Russell; and his siblings, Faye Wheeler, Berta Guy (Ronnie), Norman "Buck" Russell (Shirley), Leroy Russell (Susan), Renee Turner (Bob), Joe Russell and Chris Russell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
