He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kevin Kazen (Vickie) and Anita Oaks (Wem); his grandchildren, Katlyn Hall (Roy) of Jacksonville, Jessica Nichols (Branden) of Jacksonville, Mattie Kazen of Jacksonville, Liliana Oaks of Ozark, Missouri and Vanessa Oaks of Ozark, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Ryan Hall, Reed Hall, Casey Hall and Ian Nichols; and his sisters, Lorraine Gillespie (John) of Wauchula, Florida and Juliane Hensley (Jerry) of Wauchula, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
