He is survived by: his children, Rick Howell (Missy) of Koshkonong, MO, Kathy Hatley (Bob) of West Plains, MO and Tim Howell of Koshkonong, MO.; his grandchildren, Barrett Goss (Shelby), Mandy, Sasha Veatch (Eric), Hunter Warren, Brylee Bolla (Bailey), Jaydon Roy, Brinkley Howell and Cooper Howell; his great grandchildren, Eli, Wyatt Collins, Braelyn and Addisyn Veatch; his sister Wanda Herbolsheimer; his nephews, Jack Howell, Johnny Ward and Kevin Howell; and his brothers, Norman Howell and Tommy Howell.
