He is survived by: his children, Karen Heistand (Ray) of Round Rock, TX, Terry Sims (Denise Sims) of Haslet, TX and Rodney Sims (Angelika Seiber) of Thayer, MO; his grandchildren, Kimberly Sims, Ashley Painter and Patrick Sims; and his sister Irene Holland of Lubbock, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
