She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond G. Hays and Gertrude Gladys Tull Hays; her husband Lyman Knowles Shutts; and her sisters, Helen Lay, Roxie Clapp and Margaret Lay.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Lyman Shutts of LaBelle, MO, Jane Ann Gelbach (Mike) of Kirksville, MO and Leigh Louise Kampschmidt (Don) of Carrollton, MO; her grandchildren, Russell Gelbach (Jody), Luke Kampschmidt (Carrie), Dylan Gelbach (Tori) and Krystal Samples (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Ava, Kaley, Parker, Penny and Lennon; and her sister-in-law Mary Enid Eoff of Cedar Rapids, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
