He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen; his children, Steven Elwell, Jr. (Sandy) of Knob Noster, Lance Elwell (Shane) of Knob Noster and Mary Jo Judd (Kyle) of Knob Noster; his grandchildren, Stevie Elwell, Travis Elwell, Lane Elwell, Morgan Elwell, Joshua Meyer, Kylie Judd and Garrett Judd; his brother Larry Wilson (Laura) of Shawnee, KS; his mother-in-law Mary Allen of Knob Noster; his sister-in-law Tina Werneke (Roger); and his nephew Trenton Werneke.
