He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Johnson and Norma Johnson (West). He is survived by: his wife Jane Elizabeth Clancy; his daughter Shannon Okuonghae (Maxim); his grandchildren, Ivan of Kansas City, Missouri and Anna of Kansas City, Missouri; his son Ian Johnson (Diana); his grandchildren, Henry of Kansas City, Missouri and Gwyneth of Kansas City, Missouri; and his siblings, Sandra Steffeney-Stark of Maine, Marilyn Grice (Steve) of Spirit Lake, Iowa and Jeff Johnson (Julie) of Rochester, Minnesota. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
