He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jefferson and Edna Mae Allen (Huffman); his siblings, Beulah Green, Verdie Allen and Jimmie Dale Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Allen, John Maples and Leonard Kindle.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his sons, Steven Allen and Erick Allen of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Bradley Allen (Elise), Courtney Salmen, Calista Allen and Alexander Allen (Christy); his great grandchildren, Silas Drew and Reign Allen; and his siblings, Donald Allen (Mona), Mary Howe (Kenneth), Minnie Clifton (Isaac), Patricia Hontz (Eddie) and John Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home (617 N Maguire St, Warrensburg, MO 64093). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Luke's Foundation and left in care of the funeral home.
