He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Quinn and Annabelle Quinn (Vaughn); and his brother Kenneth "Wayne" Quinn. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Quinn (Jamie) of Riva, MD, Dave Quinn and Rick Quinn; and his stepchildren, Rick Wiggins (Tina Savage) of Knob Noster, Brenda Carr (John) of Oak Grove and David Wiggins of Santa Rosa, FL.. He is also survived by grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
