He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Matthews. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Matthews (Karavas); his sister Shannon Carlisle; his nephew Brandon Carlisle; and his nieces, Sylvia and Alexis Carlisle. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
