He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Bennett and Stella Bennett (Stanfill); his siblings, Bob Bennett, Dan Bennett and Mildred Sagun; and his former wife Ellen May Hanshew.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Summers (Mike) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Curtis Bennett (Tracey) of Kissee Mills, Missouri and Tracy Kuhn of Spavinaw, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Robert Harnden (Melissa) of Tulsa, Todd Harnden (Marla) of Springfield, Stacey Bennett of Ozark, Justin Bennett (Brandi) of Taneyville, Ryan Kuhn of Vinita and Tara Peterson of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; and his siblings, Aleta Bennett of Nevada, Joyce Sohl (Larry) of Claremore, Delma Bilyue of Modesto, California and Wayne Bennett (Nancy) of Modesto, California. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
