Gerdel (Kirkwood, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Roy N. Gerdel, Jr.; her children, Sandra Gilfillan (Jeff), Karen Schneider (Rick), Nick Gerdel and Elizabeth Johnson (Matt); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Schneider, Lauren Rios (Dustin), Maria Herrin (Nick), Katie Lewis (Tyler), Michael Johnson and Caroline Johnson; her great grandchildren, Makenna, Teagan Lewis, Kai Rios and Drew Herrin; and her children, Cadette, Shirley and Roy.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Louis Symphony or the Missouri Botanical Garden.
