It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Colleen Blaes (Kirkwood, Missouri), born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Cavanaugh and Frances Cavanaugh. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Stephen (Lisa), Loretta Catherine (Robert), Brian Daniel (Ann) and Michael Cavanaugh (Anne); her husband Steve; her grandchildren, Molly Levin (Avidahn), Katherine Stewart (Matt), Robert Medler Jr., Samantha Anderson (Nate), Abigail Wakeman (Austin), Sabrina, Stephen, Brady and Michaela; and her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Noam Levin, Blaes Levin, Harper Stewart, Jack, Tobin Levin, Thomas Stewart, Weston and Wakeman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wichita Children's Home.
