It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward J. Costigan Jr. (Kirkwood, Missouri), who passed away on September 5, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward John Sr. and Sara Guth Costigan; and his siblings, James Costigan (Catherine) and Elizabeth Jordan. He is survived by: his siblings, Sally Coleman (Joseph), Robert Costigan (Patricia), David Costigan and Louise Kennedy (John); his daughters, Carrie Been (Jim), Sara McLellan (Scott) and Katie Heyel (Jonathan); and his grandchildren, Sophia, Suzanna McLellan, James Costigan and Pam "Radar" Dauphin. He is also survived by his relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital, Old St. Ferdinand Shrine, Saint Louis University High School, Visitation Academy, or St. Louis Zoo.
