He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Elizabeth; and his parents, Woodrow Wilson Jelks and Helen Leola Jelks. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle (Jacobson); his son-in-law Christopher Jacobson; his children, Andrea and Christopher; his granddaughter Georgia Jacobson; his sister Mary; his brother-in-law Jerry Winter; his sister Linda; and his brother-in-law Mike Richmond.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bopp Chapel (10610 Manchester Rd, Kirkwood, MO 63122). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
