She was predeceased by: her parents, Clois O. Toole and Nellie S. Toole; and her brother Michael L. Toole. She is survived by: her husband William R. Bay (Bill); her children, Julia Nilan (Chris) of Winnetka, IL, Peter Bay (Amy) of St. Louis, MO and Susan Joyce (Robert) of Chicago, IL.; her grandchildren, Charlotte, Caroline, Elizabeth, Thomas Nilan, Walter, Arthur Bay and Charles Joyce; her siblings, Patricia Boyers (Steven) of Poplar Bluff, MO and James Logan Toole (Marie) of Harviell, MO; her brother-in-law James Bay of Prairie Village, KS.; and her daughter Julie.
