He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Robert Jacques and Alice Pauline Jacques (Robb); his wife Jeanette Marie Epperson; his sons, David Jacques and Henry Jacques; and his brother Robert Lee "Bob" Jacques.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandi Jacques of Chillicothe; and his grandchildren, Monica Burton (Erik) of Independence, Missouri, Candice Jacques of Nashville, Tennessee, Jessica Latta (Justin) of Independence, Missouri and Luke Jacques (Savannah) of Overland Park, Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
