He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Aldo and Kathleen June Daniel (Pipes); and his stepparents, Noma Jean Daniel and Aly Goring. He is survived by: his siblings, J. C. (Jean Daniel), Bill (Marla Goring) and Judy Christy of Kirksville, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
