He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Edwin and Wilma Alice Hubbard (Woods); his wife Mary "Pat" Irby; his son Thomas Furnish; and his siblings, Willard Hubbard, Charlene Machler (Doug) and Wilda Steele (Jerry).
He is survived by: his sons, Dustin Behounek (Kimberly) of Gunnison, CO and Howard Hubbard of Bloomfield, IA; his brother William; his sister-in-law Amy Hubbard of Kirksville, MO; his sisters, Wanda Hubbard of Kirksville, MO, Zane Hubbard of Jackson, MO and Mildred; his brothers-in-law, Jerry Findling of Greentop, MO and Larry Dean Irby of Checotah, OK; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Morrigan, Riley, Aiyana Hubbard, Harley Malone, Cammy Jo Vayda, Austin Stroud, Michael, Madison and Gabriel Behounek. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
