It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Newman (Kirksville, Missouri), born in Higbee, Missouri, who passed away on August 9, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Newman and Lou Ella Newman (Hern); and his siblings, T. R. Fisher, Donald Newman and Hilda Burgin.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Westfall; his daughters, Patricia Lyn Bolton (David), Kimberly Gayle Plett (Greg) and Julie Beth Newman; his grandchildren, Amy Becker (Aaron), Jennifer Chesser (Daniel), Sarah Bolton and Kyle Bolton (Kelsey); and his great grandchildren, Brody Becker, Addison Becker, Baylor Chesser, Clara Chesser and Jack Plett.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
