With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Eugene Hannah of Kirksville, Missouri, born in Green Castle, Missouri, who passed away on December 18, 2022 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hannah and Georgia Hannah (Shepler); his siblings, Clark Wilson Hannah, Eula Irene Morris and Clara Belle Hannah; his mother-in-law Bernice Butler; his siblings-in-law, Randall Romine and Helen Romine Dowell; and his friends, Grayboy and Foxy.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Jean; his sons, Michael Hannah (Sonja) of Kirksville and Sheldon Hannah (Suzie) of Independence; his grandchildren, Alex Hannah (Bonita), Kyra Hannah (Charlie Shafer), Joshua Braddy and Aaron Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Teddy, Baisley and Tripp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
