He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo James "Bud" and Chloie Jane Louder (Gingrich); and his brothers, Gene, Blaine and Bill Louder.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Joann" Gilliam; his sons, Michael (Cathi Louder) and Mark (Lea Louder); his brother Larry; his sister-in-law Janet Louder of Kirksville, MO; his grandchildren, Wesley, Stephine, Jamison, Nathaniel, Madeleine and Adam; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Ella, Skylar, Raven, Jade, Dariann and Gavin; and his great great grandchildren, Nash and Charleigh.
