He was predeceased by: his sister Donna Lee Lindsey (Platz); and his parents, Helen Platz (Hoffner) and Cecil Platz. He is survived by: his wife Karen Platz; his children, Tracy Platz (Renee), Carey Webber (Dan) and Cory Platz (Lesley); his grandchildren, Katelynn, Lauryn Webber, Alexis, Brianna, Garrett Platz, Avery and Kiley Platz; his stepchildren, Jeremy Kennison (Melissa) and Tracie Wood; his stepgreat-grandchild Aiden Loper; his brother Larry Platz; and his nieces and nephews, Marty, Kyle, Trent, Brent Platz, Rita and Anita Lindsey. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
