She is survived by: her husband Jeff Childrey of Hazelwood, MO; her daughter Dawn Courisky (Brian) of O'Fallon, MO; her granddaughter Bayli Worstenholm (Jim); her great grandchildren, Jimmy III, Hadli, Austin Courisky Tinley (Brandi), Huxson and Cydnee Courisky; and her brother Scott Crist (Linda) of Troy. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
