He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Marty Montgomery of Kirksville, MO; his sons, Jason (Stephanie Howerton) of Kirksville, MO and Jeremy (Maggie Howerton) of Kirksville, MO; and his grandchildren, Michael, Dillan, Tyler, Katie, Chase and Cayden.
