She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Dean and Betty Leverett (Ogden); and her brothers, Dennis Leverett and Edward "Ted" Leverett. She is survived by: her sons, Philip Martin of Kirksville and Jeffrey Martin (Melanie) of Kansas City, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Daly and Luke Martin.
