She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Lea of Kirksville, MO, Sandra Walker (Bill) of Huntsville, MO and Sarah Fazio (Joe) of Topeka, KS.; her brothers, William Simmons (Dixie) of Mobile, AL and Rex Simmons of Lampasas, TX; and her grandchildren, Racheal Walker of Huntsville, MO, Jacob Walker (Jessica) of Ashland, MO and KyLea Fazio of Birmingham, AL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
