He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Arnold and Dorothy Jean Tarr (Sevits); and his granddaughter Stevie Skow. He is survived by: his children, Michael Tarr of Columbia, MO and Rona Skow of Marion, IA; his brother Rusty; his sister-in-law Pam Tarr of Greentop, MO; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Mallincot and Nathan Butler (Kenzi); and his great grandchild Max Butler.
It was Ron's wish to donate his body to science and no service will be held at this time.
