He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miller and Myrtle Miller; his wife Betty Miller; his grandson Robert Mathias Miller; and his daughter-in-law Susan Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Bolzenius (Rich) of Union, MO, Steve Miller of Carthage, MO and Allen Miller (Brenda) of Collinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Nathan Bolzenius (Barbara) of Beaufort, MO, Justin Bolzenius (Heidi) of Webster Groves, MO, John Bolzenius (Kasi) of Marthasville, MO, Jessica Johnson (Brandon) of Centerton, AR, Camille Gautier (Jason) of Centerton, AR and Logan Miller of Collinsville, IL; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Adam, Henry, Oliver, Ben, Anderson Bolzenius, Stephen and Ryland Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
