He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Turner and Bonnie Ellen Noe (Cox); his wife Bonnie Faye Mulcahy; his son Dennis Lee Noe; and his siblings, Betty Masten, Beverly "Susie" Brewer, Vernon Dale "Bud" Noe and William "Bill" Noe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dianne Western (Sam) of Kirksville, MO and Dixie Baxley of Kirksville, MO; his grandchildren, Amber Warburton of Little Rock, AR, Amy Stamper of Hot Springs, AR, Gabe Baxley and Galen Baxley (Kim) of Lee's Summit, MO; his great grandchildren, Dane, Case Warburton, Bailey Brake, Everett and Everly Taylor Baxley; his stepgrandchildren, Kevin Western (Heather), Kathy Costigan and Dan Western; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Noe of Kirksville, MO, Eva Jane Noe of Kirksville, MO, Lorraine Mulcahy, Larry Mulcahy of Iowa and Roger Mulcahy (Judy) of Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
