He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Edwin and Velma Marie Sizemore (Bachman); his siblings, Roy, Rod, Bucky, Sue and Ivy Sizemore; and his grandchildren, Autumn and A. L. Atkins.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lynn James; his children, Mindy Atkins of Kirksville, MO and Michael Sizemore (Joan) of Kirksville, MO; his siblings, Pansy, Holly, Robbie, Donna, Randy, Nina and Rose Sizemore; his grandchildren, Brandon Sizemore and Mercedez Jones; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Kyley and Wyatt Sizemore.
