We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2022, at the age of 75, Ray C. Allbee Jr. of Kirksville, Missouri, born in Grinnell, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray C. Allbee and Mary Marie Allbee (Johnson); his siblings, Larry Allbee and Patricia Lowry; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Lowry and Kenneth Alertsen.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Allbee of Lynnville; his sons, Rick Allbee of Ames and Jason Allbee (Dawn); his grandchildren, Derik of Sully, Logan of Sully, Jenna Allbee of Sully and Ilia Bravard of Ames; his sister Sandra Locker (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Pirkl, Shirley Neofotist (Steve) and Wesley Alertsen (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Sully Fire and Ambulance or the Friends of the Lynnville Library in c/o Smith Funeral Home, PO Box 368, Grinnell, IA 50112.
