Murphy (Carol) of Rogersville; his wife Bobbi Chapman of Milan; his children, Corey Wade Murphy of Scottsdale and Carley Anderson (Kyle) of Tucson; his brothers, David Murphy of Angleton, Daniel Murphy of Sulphur Springs and Bryan Murphy (Terri) of Austin; his stepsiblings, Brian Todd (Shelley), Jason Todd (Coreen) and LeeAnne Todd; his uncle Tandy Murphy (Mary) of Kirksville; and his aunt Betty Mauk of Brookville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
