She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ledford and Reva Beatrice Ledford Smith (Owings); her husband James Roop; her siblings, Donna Belle and Randy Ledford; her sisters-in-law, Judy Ballinger and Patsy Ledford; and her niece Sheila Martin.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa; her son-in-law Rick Billington of Kirksville, MO; her brothers, Leland (Fran Ledford), Ronnie Ledford (Virginia) of Green Castle, MO, Owen (Helen Ledford), Orin (Joyce Ledford) and Bill (Cindy Smith); her brother-in-law Ora Ballinger of Novinger, MO; her grandchildren, Nick Billington (Jenny) of Kirksville, MO and Ashlyn Billington (Jacob Brown) of Kirksville, MO; and her great grandchildren, Justin, Kelsea, Hailey, Easton, Carson, Elijah and Olivia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, whom she love like her own children.
