With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neva Louise (Lay) Stamper of Kirksville, Missouri, who passed away on June 6, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Edna Lay (Gehrke); her son Richard Donald Stamper (Donald Forrest Stamper); her siblings, Wilma Decker and William Lay; and her brothers-in-law, Joe Decker and Ralph Semetko.
She is survived by: her sister Vera Semetko of Scottsdale, AZ; her granddaughters, Amber Warburton of Little Rock and Amy Stamper of Hot Springs; her daughter-in-law Dianne Western; her great grandchildren, Dane Warburton, Case Warburton and Bailey Brake; and her nieces and nephews, Dr. Nancy, Paul Williams, Joe, Linda Decker, Karen Herleth, Holli Semetko and Craig Semetko.
