He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse Andrew; his grandparents, Jesse, Pricilla Maize and Ira Claybrook; and his cousin Ronda Stiles.
He is survived by: his mother Connie Maize (Claybrook) of Kirksville; his wife Sarah Williams; his children, Anna Grace Maize and Bowen Maize; his grandmother Valee Claybrook of Kirksville; his brother Marty Maize (Amanda) of Kirkville; his nieces and nephews, Cody Maize (Christy), Morgan Maize (Shea), Trenten Maize and Bryant Maize; and his aunts and uncles, Carolyn Hatcher, Joe (Della Claybrook), Jimmie (Caron Claybrook) and Jack (Marie Maize).
