He is survived by: his wife Martha Helen Ratliff; his daughter Julie Sykes (Kevin) of LaPlata, MO; his grandchildren, Chloe, James Mayhew, Sidney, Tanner Smith and Zane Sykes; his great grandchild JT Mayhew; his brother Joe; his sister-in-law Pam Zeigler of LaPlata, MO; his nephew Chad Zeigler; and his siblings-in-law, Loreen Ratliff and Roger Ratliff (Carolyn).
