He is survived by: his wife Carol Sublett of Kirksville, Missouri; his son Bly Sublett of Willard, Missouri; his stepdaughter Demi Calhoun of Kirksville, Missouri; his parents, David Sublett and Jolene Sublett (Sparks) of Kirksville, Missouri; his parents-in-law, Clinton and Margaret Baxter of Sun City, Arizona; his uncle Kenny; and his aunts, Carol Sparks of Greentop and Christine Davis (David) of Sedalia, Missouri. He is also survived by cousins, other family members and numerous friends.
