He is survived by: his wife Nellie Worthington of Kirksville; his daughter Linda Jo Worthington; his son-in-law Tom Jones (Tanya Hopkins) of Kirksville; his son Clinton Worthington; his daughter-in-law Crystal of Hurdland, MO; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Kayley, Clinton Jr., Ashley, Cameron and Carson Worthington. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
