He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Earl and Betty Jane Lowe (Huff); and his daughter Ellen Suzanne Riley (Lowe). He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Farmer; his children, Christopher (Cari Lowe), Michael Lowe of Kansas City, MO and Laurie Ann; his son-in-law Gail Sullivan of Quincy, IL; his brother Terry; his sister-in-law Mary Lowe of Green Castle, MO; his grandchildren, Rochelle Lowe, Matthew Lowe, Shelby Davis, Sondra Wilson, Grant Sullivan, Lauren Lowe, Abigail Lowe, Tana Lowe and Madison Lowe; and his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Riley, Bobbi Riley, Dominique Louthan and Alli Kelsey. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
