He was predeceased by: his parents, David Eldon and Euthetta Jean Curtis (Minic); and his siblings, Steve Curtis and Karen Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Jolene Lawson; his grandchildren, Tammy and Chris Scearce; his great grandchildren, Connor and Paden Scearce; his grandson Fallon; his great grandchild Matthew Wineman; his nephews, Danny Curtis and Mike Curtis; and his niece Stephanie Bauer. He is also survived by his wife of forty-eight years, two daughters, a son-in-law, and three grandchildren.
