It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Rhoads (Kirksville, Missouri), who passed away on March 5, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rhoads and Ola Rhoads (Keim). He is survived by: his sister Mary Moyer of Atlanta, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
