He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Donald and Eunice Cook (McMickle); and his siblings, Don Michael Cook and Merry Lynn Lyle. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Kay Pulis; his children, Dan Cook (Angel) of Kirksville, Jon William Cook (Franchesca) of Kirksville, Tina Lynn Cook of Kirksville and Dianna Michelle Carvey (Aaron) of Montana; his sister Patty Shockey of Kirksville; his grandchildren, Hannah Chase, Joey Chase, Brandon Chase, Madison Chase, Megan Wait, Allison Devolld, Gracelyn Johnston and Lily Cook; and his great grandchild Maylee Wait.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Travis-Noe Funeral Home (1008 W Potter Ave, Kirksville, MO 63501).
