It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jenny Lulubelle Winn of Kirksville, Missouri, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Marvin and Marion Ethyl Winn (Turner). She is survived by: her children, James Payton of Kirksville, MO, Chris Winn of Kirksville, MO, Jeannie Williams of Edina, MO and Ayla Williams of Kirksville, MO; and her siblings, Roger Winn and Margaret Winn. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
